To get started:

1. Find the card stack at the bottom of the screen.
2. Place your cursor on the top card and a statement will pop up -- this is your first virtual card.
3. Move the card by dragging it with your cursor and drop it on the grid above.
4. The grid is organized by columns that represent "Most like me" on the left to "Least like me" on the right. Cards place in the vertical columns are of equal value.
5. You may spread out cards on the table surface at the bottom as you go.
6. When you have filled the grid, a 'results' button will appear. You may continue to adjust the cards until you are satisfied with your sort.
7. When you click the 'results' button, your report will appear.

There is no right or wrong way to sort the statements.
Answering honestly will give you the most value from your report.
